CCR lyric book

This lyric book features lyrics from some of Creedence Clearwater Revival's most popular hits. Including some background on the band's vibrant history, this book is dedicated to their loyal fans. I chose a style inspired by Art Nouveau which saw a resurgence in the 60's to 70's, the same period CCR became prominent.
I used a small but vibrant color palette to showcase the funky style and art nouveau ornamentation. I used decorative type, with justified type indicating biography and center type to represent the lyrics. I also wanted this book to be interactive and fun to read so I incorporated fold out pages of lyrics. Creedence Clearwater Revival is such an iconic band and I wanted this book to breathe a new life and vibrancy to them.
